Back of House Crew Member – San Francisco Starting Pay: $20 - $23/hour + tips About Us: Broad Street Oyster Company is a fast-growing, dynamic seafood restaurant renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Located in the heart of Ghirardelli Square, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Back of House Crew Members to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas. Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in a back-of-house or kitchen role is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
